Forming an integral Objective Gastronomy restaurant professionals, leaders, creative, with ethics, social responsibility, a vocation for public service and strategic vision; able to design, develop, apply the art of culinary techniques; as well as scientific knowledge in the innovation of the gastronomy and managing companies in the food and beverages sector that will contribute to the sustainable development of the region.
Profile of the Graduate: "Apply the basic principles of administration and accounting in the activities of the organizations of food and drinks, for the better management of revenue and/or outlays.
• * Perform specific activities in the area of sales and customer service such as the creation of marketing programs for food and beverage.
• * Apply marketing knowledge for a better marketing of different products and/or services that it offers a company food and drinks.

• * Develop research surrounding the phenomenon gastronomic, from a cultural point of view, culinary and administrative to innovate.

In my profile what i like about the race is the administrative and operational. Also i have a passion for the bakery. I like to be sociable.
I like to comment on the dishes that are prepared comments good or bad.
What I don't like is to do the international food.
I don't like to press me with things that I say at the moment.
When i am stressed i would suggest that I am not be disturbed by that I don't like
